On October 13th, Paul’s string quartet, Rhapsody, will be released on the Ulysses Quartet’s debut album, “Shades of Romani Folklore,” produced by Navona Records.
The ‘23-’24 season will feature performances of A More Perfect Union with the Greenwich Village Orchestra in NYC, the world premiere of Rhapsody II with the Carpe Diem String Quartet, additional performances of Forever is Composed of Nows with Time for Three , and the world premiere of Inextinguishable, a new piano trio commissioned as part of the operatic Inextinguishable Symphony project, based “The Inextinguishable Symphony” by Martin Goldsmith, to be premiered by violinist Giora Schmidt, cellist Julian Schwarz, and pianist Marika Bournaki at the Charles Ives Music Festival in May.
Time for Three gave the world premiere of Forever-is Composed of Nows, a collaboration between Paul and the Grammy-nominated trio, at the Argyros Performing Arts Center in Ketchum, ID this past January. The work was released on SiriusXM’s Symphony Hall in spring 2023.
